ORUKAK ARGG YURAG?

I finally got my old hard drive working and pulled off some pictures of my Tusken Raider costume from Burning Man a couple years ago. It was pretty much the perfect setting.

A-WING PAINT SCHEMES

While creating the previous post I found this sketch I did for a 1/72nd A-Wing I built a few months back. I ended up going with 2nd row, 2nd from left mostly to accomodate the scale.

JAWA POD RACER

Heavens to Betsy, I've been working on actual work all summer like a chump, and now I only have a month before the SFM:UK group build podracer is due. I know, you're saying "But Eli, Episode I was the worst thing that ever happened to people on earth in the history of time ever". However, if you cut out all of the annoying and borderline racist crap out you could salvage enough footage for a decent music video, and it would mostly be the podracing scene. Here are some concept sketches, let me know what you think.

Qaleghqa'nes!

I finally got around to finishing the D-4. So much for it being quick, I guess it is just dirty. The color is rattlecanned, Montana gold 8200 Manila Green. It drowned the details a little, but I fucking love this color, I use it for everything. It got knocked of the table so I had to do some extensive repairs (pour super glue all over it then frantically trying to clean it up while crying). But it looks pretty OK. The pictures are not great. I am still trying to figure out how to take pictures in my tiny British apartment with no power outlets and spend no money doing it. Results thus far have been less than satisfactory.

They could have programmed me to love, to forgive; but no...

I started this Robobrain from Fallout 3 months ago. It's totally a scratch build. I'm not sure what the scale is, but it ended up about 11" tall. I started by sculpting the brain, which is in scale to my cat's head. The body is an empty jar of baking soda I used for kicking superglue. The arms are pond hose over a wire armature, so they are poseable. The claws can open and close. The smaller tubes are Lego pneumatic tubes. I'll post a build if I can find the memory card with the pictures on it. Thanks for looking!
